SABER Center ("we", "us") operates the website sabercentereg.com and the related services through which we sell our products (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Information we collect

Contact and delivery details: your name, phone number, email address, and shipping and billing addresses.
Account details: your login details, preferences and saved settings. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Order details: the products you view, add to your cart or wishlist, buy, return, exchange or cancel, and your order history.
Payment details: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited card details (such as the card type and last four digits), but not your full card number. If you paid cash on delivery and are due a refund, we collect the bank account details you give us to send the refund.
Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or social media, including order confirmations and support requests.
Device and usage information: your IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

To process and deliver your orders: to confirm orders, take payment, arrange delivery, and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
To manage your account and remember your preferences.
To communicate with you: to send order and delivery updates and to answer your questions, including by WhatsApp or phone.
For marketing: to send you offers and news by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and to show you relevant advertisements on other websites and social media. You can opt out at any time (see section 6).
To keep the Services secure: to prevent fraud and misuse.
To improve the Services: to understand how the Site is used and fix problems.
To meet legal obligations: for example, keeping sales and tax records, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

3. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the Services:

Our delivery partner (Bosta): your name, phone number, delivery address and the amount to collect on delivery, so they can deliver your order and collect payment.
Our product partners: where a partner prepares or ships your order, the order and delivery details they need to do so.
Our e-commerce platform (Shopify): which hosts our website and stores order and account data.
Our payment provider: to process card payments and refunds.
Advertising and analytics providers (such as Meta and Google): information about your use of the Site, collected through cookies, to measure and show advertising.
Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Where your information is stored

Some of our service providers, including our e-commerce platform, store data on servers outside Egypt. When your information is transferred, we rely on these providers' security measures to protect it.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and login working, to understand how the Site is used, and for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them.

6. Your choices and rights

Access and correction: you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
Deletion: you can ask us to delete your personal information. We may need to keep some records, such as order and tax records, where the law requires it.
Marketing: you can stop marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying "STOP" to our messages, or contacting us.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information, such as card numbers, to us by email or chat. You are responsible for keeping your account password safe.

9. Children

The Services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us, and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
