Shipping policy

1. Who delivers your order

All orders are delivered by our shipping partner, Bosta, to addresses within Egypt covered by Bosta's delivery network.

2. Delivery times

Some items are prepared by our partners or sourced after you order and may take longer to ship. If so, we will tell you the expected timing when we confirm your order.
If your order contains items with different delivery times, the order's estimated delivery is based on the slowest item, unless we agree with you to send items separately.
Once your order is handed to Bosta, delivery usually takes [1–3] business days, depending on your area.
All delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, we will contact you with an updated date.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the product (for example, its size and weight) and your delivery area. Fees are set by our shipping partner and may change from time to time. The exact shipping fee for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Payment on delivery (COD)

You can pay in cash on delivery to the Bosta courier.
For cash-on-delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before it is prepared. Orders we cannot confirm may be held or cancelled.
Please have the exact amount ready if possible.

5. Delivery attempts

If the courier cannot reach you, Bosta will attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the order will be returned to us, and we will contact you.

6. Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
You only need to contact us — we handle the claim with our shipping partner on your behalf and will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
