Refund policy

1. Return and exchange period

• You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in the same condition as when you received it.
• If a product has a manufacturing defect, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it, with an official technical report from the brand's authorized distributor or service centre confirming the defect. We can help you arrange this — contact us first.
• After 14 days, defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty through the brand's authorized service centre.

2. Conditions

• The original purchase invoice must be provided.
• The product must be unused, complete with all accessories, and in its original packaging.
• Personal care devices cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened, for hygiene reasons, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
• Returns are not accepted for damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery.
• Items damaged in transit are not your responsibility: report them as described in our Shipping Policy, and we will resolve it.

3. How to return an item

1. Request a return using the link below or contact us.
2. We will confirm your request and arrange collection.
3. We inspect the item when it reaches us. Once approved, we process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

Refunds are made using the original payment method after we approve the return:

• Card payments (including Apple Pay): within 14 working days. The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank.
• Cash on delivery: by bank transfer within 7 working days. We will ask you for your bank details.

If we cancel an order because an item cannot be supplied, you will receive a full refund on the same terms.
