Refund policy

1. Duration:

• Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in the same condition as when purchased.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, the product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date, with the submission of an official technical report from the authorized distributor confirming the defect.

2. Conditions:

• The original purchase invoice must be provided.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  
• Personal care devices cannot be returned or exchanged after the package is opened.
• No returns or exchanges are allowed if the product is damaged due to customer mishandling or improper transportation.
• No returns or exchanges are allowed if the customer signed the delivery receipt confirming the product is in good condition.

3. Refund:

• The refund will be processed using the original payment method:
  • Visa card: within 14 working days after request approval.
  • Cash payment: refunded via bank transfer within 7 working days after request approval.
